Michael Strong, (Navy)
My 21 years of military service more than prepared me for my new career with Northrop Grumman. It was interesting to see that the issues of keeping trained technicians, training new technicians, and integrating new technology are shared by military and civilian organizations. The team-building and teamwork experience I brought from the Navy helps me as I currently work on proposals for the Advanced Capabilities Group. I’m really looking forward to a long and rewarding second career with Northrop Grumman. |
