| The Human Resources Management Associates Program (HR MAP) is designed for recent graduates who have completed a masters degree in Human Resources or a related field. The program targets geographically mobile individuals who have the ability to drive program execution and deliver results in the field of HR. HR MAP offers mentoring by human resources executives and three one-year assignments. Rotations will provide the opportunity to develop generalist, specialist and project-based skills while working across Northrop Grumman's diverse business areas. |
