Professional Development Program
The Northrop Grumman Professional Development Program (PDP) is an intensive and sought after rotational assignment program for recent college graduates interested in Engineering & Manufacturing, Business Management, and Procurement & Material Management positions. The program offers participants the opportunity to experience several different assignments in a variety of departments.

Future Technical Leaders Program
The Future Technical Leaders Program (FTLP) is a professional development opportunity aimed at identifying and investing in our next generation of visionary technologists. Acceptance into the FTLP is limited to a select few. Participants will work with our Office of Technology on high-profile assignments over a three-year period, benefiting from specialized training, networking opportunities, and mentoring by experts in the field.

Corporate Business Management Rotational Training Program
The Corporate Business Management Rotational Training Program is a highly competitive rotational program where participants learn real world business skills from capable mentors. The program offers participants three six-month rotational assignments and, upon completion, a permanent assignment.

Human Resources Management Associates Program (HR-MAP)
The Human Resources Management Associates Program (HR MAP) is designed for recent graduates who have completed a masters degree in Human Resources or a related field. The program targets geographically mobile individuals who have the ability to drive program execution and deliver results in the field of HR. HR MAP offers mentoring by human resources executives and three one-year assignments. Rotations will provide the opportunity to develop generalist, specialist and project-based skills while working across Northrop Grumman's diverse business areas.
