Michael Strong, (Navy)
My 21 years of military service more than prepared me for my new career with Northrop Grumman. It was interesting to see that the issues of keeping trained technicians, training new technicians, and integrating new technology are shared by military and civilian organizations. The team-building and teamwork experience I brought from the Navy helps me as I currently work on proposals for the Advanced Capabilities Group. I’m really looking forward to a long and rewarding second career with Northrop Grumman.
Onwunta M. (Mike) Catchings, (Army)
A veteran of Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom, Mike Catchings accumulated numerous awards and accolades during his 23 years of service. While on active duty he also obtained his BS and MSA degrees, and utilizes his education and experience in his current role. Following retirement, Mike was hired by Northrop Grumman as a Trainer, and is extremely proud to continue service to the country by assisting those who currently serve.
